Return Policy
All products that are received in poor condition, must be reported within 24 hours upon receiving the product by email with the picture of the product attached to myecommerce@hai-o.com.my or the WhatsApp Ecommerce Line at 012-272 6181. The product must also be returned to Wawasan Hai-O, Batu 3 1/4, Jalan Kapar, 41400 Klang, Selangor immediately.
Products are not to be returned if they are caused by the act of neglect, improper storage or misuse.
