Shah Alam, Saturday 19 October – In line with the government's efforts to increase the National Entrepreneurship Policy 2030 (DKN 2030) to a higher level, Sahajidah Hai-O Marketing (SHOM) is moving in tandem with inviting and encouraging more Malaysians to engage in entrepreneurship.
With more than 27 years of establishment, Sahajidah Hai-O Marketing has provided a platform and served as a catalyst for the entrepreneurial ecosystem with the opportunity to become an entrepreneur with small capital to produce satisfactory returns through hard work. To date, SHOM has proudly created more than 150,000 entrepreneurs which helped to increase their household income.
Various ongoing learning programs such as entrepreneurship training, leadership, product knowledge, marketing strategies and motivation are provided to SHOMpreneurs with the objective of forming an entrepreneurial minded and cultured society, equipped with integrity, quality, resilience, global thinking and competitiveness.
The majority of SHOMpreneurs are from the younger generation who have their own uniqueness and especially on their skills on using the latest technology, platforms and contemporary marketing strategies. The sluggish economic climate around the world stimulated young people to create job opportunities and choose entrepreneurship as their preferred option and full-time career. In addition of having young people as layering entrepreneurs, the number of graduates who have ventured into entrepreneurship in SHOM has also increased promisingly.
