1. CONSUME COFFEE AND TEA IN MODERATE AMOUNTS
Caffeine in coffee and tea can cause dehydration in
only doses of around 250-300 mg, which is equivalent to two to three cups of
240 ml coffee, or five to eight cups of tea (240ml). This is because of the
presence of caffeine stimulant which acts as a diuretic.

Therefore, only drink coffee and tea in moderate
amounts in accordance to your body needs. But fret not! Do not hesitate to
drink your coffee and tea of choice as the caffeine content can give you a
boost of energy to kick start your day.
